General Conditions

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Support Page with your order number, purchase date, and name on the order.

Exchanges

• Exchanges can be made for store credit or a replacement item within 14 days.
• In case of an exchange, we will cover both return shipping and replacement shipping, no additional cost to you!

Orders qualifying for free shipping

• If an order that benefited from free shipping is returned in full for a refund, the standard flat-rate shipping charge applicable to the destination will be deducted from the refund.
• Return shipping costs will also be deducted in accordance with our return policy.

Refunds

Shipping costs and import taxes are non-refundable.

If you request a refund, we will deduct:

• The original shipping cost (depending on the country of delivery), and
• The same amount again to cover part of the return shipping.
• If your order qualified for free shipping (orders above $330), a $60 participation fee will be deducted from your refund for round-trip shipping.
